remaining $200K being used for? Mr. George stated that the building repairs include a new
air conditioning system, painting, a new fire escape and additional restrooms. He said that
the restrooms would be located separate from the main building near the trail. They will

7. City Manager's Comments
According to the Charter Amendment, the City Commission salaries will be
adjusted on an annual basis; therefore, Mr. Bonaparte asked the Commission when they
would like the salary increase occur. The consensus among the Commission was that the
adjustment should take place on October 1 each fiscal year.
Mr. Bonaparte asked Robert Beall, Parks and Grounds Manager, to provide
an update on the status of the Riverwalk repairs damaged during Hurricane IRMA. Mr.
Beall provided a summary of the project. FEMA approved the project and granted the City
$136K for the repairs. The lowest bid came in at $205K so an agenda memo will be
prepared for the Commission to approve the additional funds.
