l. 10-£-2019: Breast Cancer Awareness for Jodean Packard: 11 AM — 2 Pm; Applicant renting pavilions 1,2,
and at Ft. Mellon Park and is requesting the Fire Department bring a truck for children to explore
and Police staff will check the availability ofCRU; City staff tocheck power. Aclurnp5t8rwill be
required.
2. 1O-l9-2D19:Boo NBrew: 4-8Pm: Event tobeheld inthe Seminole Towne Center Parking Lot.
Expecting 1OOO-2OOOattendees. Security will berequired atentry and exit points Loensure alcohol
remains in the event space. Applicant will secure median breaks with bike racks. DurnpstersvviU be
required.
3. 11-2-2019: Trucks Gone Wild: 5 — 10 Pm: Event parking will follow same layout as previous event.
Event check in will begin at NOON and entry to The Barn will open at 5 Pm. Rescue parking will be
located near the 12 th Street side of the building. Police staff will review feedback from previous event
