Call meeting to order: 5:13 pm

Introduction of new members: Christina Hollerbach, Mike Smith. Pasha Baker and James Ross
Lee were reappointed.

New Business: Election of officers for 2019:
Motion to re-elect Pasha Baker as Chairperson made by Valada Flewellyn, seconded by James
Lee. Motion to elect James Lee as Vice Chairperson made by Pasha Baker, seconded by Valada
Flewelly.
Set time and dates for 2019 meetings:

5:00 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2019
5:00 PM, Tuesday, October 8, 2019
Review StEPs Program: Commissioner Woodruff suggested that board members volunteer to
review or take on a section of StEPs and present to the board. Valada Flewellyn volunteered to
help.
At the next meeting have StEP broken down into sections to work on.
Discussion took place regarding the Museum's presence on social media and not being able to
check into the Museum as a place(location of Facebook, etc).. Christina Hollerbach suggested
the Museum have its own Facebook page. Commissioner Woodruff will check into the City's
Social Media policy.
Christina Hollerbach will volunteer with Brigitte Stephenson, Museum Assistant, on the
Museum's Smith Barroom Challenge.
Christina Hollerbach mentioned that Mike Smith is interested in working on Tim Raines Day
Next meeting: April 91h, 2019
Alicia Clarke will report on upgrading or replacing PastPerfect software. The Board will review
the Social Media policy. The board will review StEPS sections.
