Add On Items/New Business:
1. 06-06-2020 Hurricane Party; The applicant is planning for 2 indoor stages and 2 outdoor
stages. Outdoor stages will be located at 2nd Street and Sanford Avenue and the other in
the parking lot facing the water. Event hours were confirmed for Noon to Midnight; set up
9am to Noon; breakdown Midnight to lam. The area located at 2nd Street will be fenced.
Expecting 2000 spectators throughout the event. Applicant confirmed there will be
emergency exits in the fencing and they have hired one additional staff to facilitate clean-
up, and would also like one City staff for two hours to ensure event space is clean. Public
