Add On Items/New Business:
1. 04-11-2020 Easter Eggstravaganza; This is a City sponsored event and Alice Bowers can be
contacted regarding any questions.
2. 09-26-2020 St. Vincent de Paul Walk for the Poor: No City services are required. The
applicant has rented Pavilion #1 in Ft. Melon Park.
3. 10-31-2020 CAAM 200K: 128 mile bike ride from Sanford, through New Smyrna to Cape
Canaveral. Four courses will be offered. City services will include Police Staff for the street
closure for staging and race start.
4. 05-05-2020; 3rd Annual Cinco De Mayo Event: City services include: Street will check to
ensure electric is on and operable; closure of Sanford Avenue, from 4t" Street to 5th
Streeet. Streets Department would close the road at 2 pm for a soft closure with the hard
closure at 3 pm.
