Mechanically fasten one (1) layer of 1.5" polyisocyanurate insulation over entire existing roof system. Fasten in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and current local codes. Install new 2"x6" wood blocking at gutter edge to match added insulation. Mechanically fasten a new ,060 TPO membrane system in accordance with manufacturers specifications. System to be installed in accordance with manufacturers fastening requirements and current local codes. This includes four (4) new curbs. Install new base/curb Flashings in accordance with manufacturers specifications. All membrane flashings to consist of standard smooth .060 TPO and adhered with standard 1 -part adhesive. Install new aluminum termination bar where required along all perimeter walls. Fabricate and install new 26-ga galvanized counterflashing at top of base flashings. Install new TPO Universal boot/split boot flashings where required at all pipe penetrations. (Including all new penetrations at new curbs. All new penetrations must be a minimum 12" apart or 12" away from walls and penetrations and must be 12" above new roof membrane for proper flashing.) Fabricate and install new 24-ga factory painted edge metal along gutter edge. Fabricate and install new 5" O.G. gutter and 3"x4" downspouts.
