NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be found in the public
records of this county, and there may be additional permits required from other governmental entities such as water management districts, state
agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required in order to
calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal. The actual construction value
will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated
charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

Contractor Agreement
Reference: 2921 S. Orlando Drive, Suite 200
THIS AGREEMENT is entered by and between Silver Star Shol2l2ing
Center, LLC hereinafter called the "Owner" and Martin Toro
Construction, INC. hereinafter called the "Contractor".
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Owner and Contractor undertake and agree as follows:
The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, skill and equipment
necessary or required to perform all the work for the Project as
follows:
Contractor to provide labor and materials as shown on the Project
Documents and plans. Contract price shall be (including all taxes and
permit fees): $1,500. Project shall have a completion date no later
than November 30th, 2018.
This Contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and
signed by both parties. This document and any attachments hereto
constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. This Contract
shall be binding upon the Parties, their successors, heirs and assigns
and shall be under the laws of the State of Florida

Please accept this letter in connection with the site plan attached for fence permit at the referenced location.
The 6 -foot -high chain link fence will be secure with min 11/4" min dia gals steel pipe vertical post at max
8'-0" oc. These shall be embedded in min of 1'-0" dia concrete footing with a min embed depth of 16"
below grade or top of pavement. There shall be a top rail 1'/a" min dia pipe and horizontal bottom wire
within 3" of the grade or top of pavement.
There shall be 2 gates, a min 3' feet clear width, adjacent to the existing block masonry wall. The latches
for these gates shall be min 4'-0" above grade or top of pavement.
The northeast corner of the fence enclosure shall be no closer than 24'-0" to the edge of pavement. We
show it to be approx. 40 feet on the plan.
