Add On Items/New Business:
1. HSWC Movie Nights pulled from Agenda. Applicant was not ready to present.
2. The Alley; Covid-19 Mitigation Plan presented by Chris Johnson; Under current Covid-19
Guideilnes, occupancy is at 140 guests inside the building. Applicant plans to add tables to
the outdoor seating area and stay in compliance with social distancing with those tables.
Police Dept and Darrel Presley had no issues with the presented plan. It was confirmed that
the applicant will maintain the trash from the event. No other concerns were expressed.
3. AA5 applicant plans to host the event in July and August, but no application has been
received.
