A FOR ft.—TF.c. THIS PARTICULAR OPTION EXPLORES THE CONVERSION OF A TYPICAL AO'XB' USED SNIPPING
CONTIUNER THAT IS TRANSFORMED INTO AN APPROX. 300 SF TEMPORARY MOBILE STORE. THE UNIT WILL PROVIDE TWO POINTS OF SALE,
A BACK OF MOUSE AREA FOR A MANAGERS DESK AND A SINGLE COMPARTMENT SINK, A LIMITED OFFER OF PACKAGED GOOD AND SERVICES,
ALCOHOL AND TABBACO, AND A COFFEE OFFER. THE MOBILE STORE WILL BE LOCATED DIRECTLY INFRONT OF THE EXISTING STORE BEING
REMODELED IN ORDER TO KEEP MIN. DIST. REQUIREMENTS FOR ALCOHOL SALES, AND FOR EASE OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL
