SCOPE OF WORK:
To Reconfigure Existing Family Room back
to a garage as was originally constructed.
1. Remove Existing Flooring.
2. Remove Existing Ceiling.
3. Remove Existing Electrical.
4. Remove Existing Steps.
5. Remove Existing Drywall on Walls.
6. Block Closed Existing Openings as Shown.
7. Remove Existing A/C Duct and Vent from Garage.
8. Re -direct Existing A/C in Storage Room.
9. No work beyond the Building Shell to be done.
10. Relocate Existing Water Heater from Kitchen to
Laundry Room.
11. Replace Existing Alumn. Soffit and Facia.
12. Replace Existing Interior doors.
13. Replace all Existing Flooring with Like or Contractor Approved.
14. Replace Existing Kitchen Cabinets in Like Configuration.
15. Replace Existing Bathroom Vanity and Toilet.
16. Replace Existing HVAC system.
17. Replace all Existing Outlets and Switches.
18. Install New Combo Carbon monoxide and Smoke detectors.
In each Bedroom, Kitchen, Hall and Living Room.
19. Repair Existing drywall as needed.
20. Re -Paint all interior and Exterior walls and trim.
1, Temporary Shoring should be in place
where needed, before any construction takes place.
2. Both Design and installation of Temporary
Shoring is the responsibility of the Contractor.
3. All Demolishing should be performed with
Extreme Caution as to not disturb Existing
Structure which is to remain.
4. Any Damage to Existing structure Should be
brought to the attention of the E.O.R. in writing.
NOTES:
1. RENOVATLON TO EXISTING STRUCTURE ONLY
2. All Work and Materials to match Existing Conditions.

b'e installed independently such as each layer provides separate continuous plane and any
flashing (installed in accordance with Sectior. 8703.8) intended to drain to the water -
resistive barrier is directly between the layers.
Exceptiun: Where the water -resistive barrier that Ls applied over wood -based sheathing
has a water resistance equal to or greater than that of 60 -minute Grade D paper and is
