Add On Items/New Business:
1. HSWC Movie Nights: The applicant request for the application for 7/3/2020 event be
pulled from discussion, and the 6/27/2020 event is be moved to 7/18/2020. The event
would be held in the parking lot of the Henry Ford Depot. Layout would allow for 8 rows of
7 cars. Portable restrooms and sanitation stations will be provided. Movie style
concessions will be available for purchase. No alcohol will be permitted in the theater
parking area. Alcohol sells would be provided by the Basin, and alcohol consumption
contained within the Basin permitted area. The area will be monitored to ensure alcohol
does not leave the Basin permisses. The applicant is not requesting police security or road
closures.
Celery City Cruisers are ready to resume their regularly schedule event. The applicant will
request via social media that attendees wear a mask. Request needs to be reviewed by the
Fire Department. Jennifer will reach out to them. The applicant is ready to resume on June
27.
