2.) PLACE A 6 MIL VAPOR BARRIER OF POLYETHYLENE
UNDER ALL CONCRETE SLABS.
3.} PRESTRESSING TENDONS WILL CONSIST OF SEVEN
WIRE STRESS RELIEVED CABLE CONFORMING TO ASTM
A-416. MINIMUM ULTIMATE TENSILE STRENGTH PRE-
VENTIVE 'LUBRICANT & WRAPPED WITH PLASTIC
SHEATHING. END ANCHORAGE DEVICES WILL CON-
FORM TO P.T.I. DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS. ALL DEAD END
ANCHORAGE MUST BE FACTORY SEATED OR POWER
SEATED.
4.). MJLD STEEL REINFORCING { IF REQUIRED) REBAR-
ASTM A-615-60. WELDED WIRE FABRIC -ASTM 185.
5.), 4" (MINIMUM) CUSHION LAYER UNDER THE SLAB SHALL
BE EITHER PERVIOUS SAND FILL OR GRANULAR FILL.
CONSTRUCTION

FROM BONDING TO THE STRAND.

4.) MIL TEST CERTIFICATE ON STRAND.

1.) 3/8" 0 TENDONS SHALL BE ANCHORED AT 16.1 k PER
STRAND, BUT MAY BE INITIALLY STRESSED AT 18.4 k
.PER STRAND.
:2.) 7/16"0 TENDONS SHALL BE ANCHORED AT 21.7 k
PER STRAND, BUT MAY BE INITIALLY STRESSED AT 24.8
k PER STRAND.
3.) 1/2" 0 TENDONS SHALL BE ANCHORED AT 28.9 k PER
STRAND, BUT MAY BE INITIALLY STRESSED AT 33 k
PER STRAND
