Add On Items/New Business:
1. Luv N Motion: Luv N Motion disbributes food every other Saturday. This event is to
promote awareness of Luv N Motion as well as other community oriented type services. The
applicant is requesting recyle stands for plastic water bottles. No food will be distributed. The
applicant will utilize their small box truck stage with a generator. The applicant will have staff
in place to monitor for COVID mitigation and maintaining social distancing at the event.
Park staff will assist in getting the truck into the park.
No Police services are being requested.
Legal requests evidence of liability and auto insurance.

Upcoming Events:
Back to School Drive: All departments confirmed no City services. A dumpster will be delivered and
placed on property at the location designated on map.
Jerry requested input regarding the 10 and 20 day fast track for events, and would like to know if
staff feels we should continue with this past August 1. There was no feedback regarding the fast
tracking of events. Jerry is encouraging staff to submit input via email.
