Development' position to "Director of Engineering & Planning", and one (1) "Professional
Engineer" position to "City Engineer" in the Planning & Development Department; and to
authorize the regrade of two (2) "Pesticide Technician" positions from Grade Level 1-05
to 1-06 in the Recreation & Parks Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Commission adopts statements above as if fully set forth
herein.
SECTION 2: That the terms of Ordinance No. 3361 and its amendments are hereby
amended.
SECTION 3: That Ordinance No. 3361 and its amendments be and the same are
hereby amended to provide that the revisions to the Classification & Pay Plan attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" are incorporated herein by reference and are made part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as though it was fully set forth herein.
SECTION 4: SEVERABILITY. If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance
proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity,
force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: CONFLICTS. That all ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall become effective
October 1, 1998.
