I. THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE 2010
2. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE ARCHITECT THAT THIS WORK BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH ALL
APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL CODES AND ORDINANCES AS REQUIRED BY
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMEN51ON5 PRIOR TO
