Add On Items/New Business:
1. CDOM & Vixen Solutions Business Expo: Applicant confirmed no food intended at this time.
If it changes she will notify us and a dumpster will be required. Attendees will be directed to
the registration table and will be follow directional signage for the flow of foot traffic. Per the
applicant, vendors will supply their own tent. No City services are being requested. Jim Gantt
confirmed the applicant will be providing Certificate of Insurance naming the City as
additionally insurance. It was recommended that the applicant request insurance from the
vendors, but is not required by the City.
The applicant will have portable bathrooms on site. Jerry notified applicant that one should
be handicapped and requested the applicant inquire with rental company about handwashing
stations. The applicant is not requested a sound permit as sound will be only via small
portable speakers. If sound is amplied, a noise permit will be required.
The applicant anticipates a second event in December. Jerry notified applicant a review will
follow the September event for feedback and any suggested changes that may be necessary.
