Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required in order to

Proposal for Construction Services
KTS Construction Consultants proposes a Lump Sum price for the renovation of the front"pore
and foyer of the residence located at 1917 West 14'h St. Sanford, FI 32771. This renovation is
to be provided for Anthony People whose permanent address is 1917 West 14'h St. Sanford, FI
32771.
The scope of the work as identified verbally and on design documents provided by the owner
and by visual inspection by KTS is to include the following:
1) Demolition of the existing front porch and porch roof
2) Demolition of the existing front doors
3) Demolition of the existing drywall in the foyer area
4) Supply and install concrete, masonry, framing, roofing, stucco, paint, electrical and
drywall to construct the new porch, entry and foyer as shown on the owner supplied
construction drawings.
Per the above information and the additional scope provided in Exhibit B, Scope of work and
Qualifications we propose to provide the work as stated for the following Cost:
Total proposal base scope $48,624.00
Included with this proposal, please find Exhibits "A", KTS's Summary Breakdown & B, Scope of
Work and Qualifications, which further identifies and clarifies our proposal scope of work. This
proposal is valid for 30 days from date of submittal.
We look forward to working with you and will be able to begin the work once a this agreement
has been signed and returned to our office along with a deposit check of 20% of the total value
of the proposal. By signing below, the owner is entering into a contract with KTS ConstructionConsultantsforthescopeofworkthisprojectasdefinedaboveandontheExhibitsAandB.
