Before the undersigned authority, personally appeared Lonnie N. Groot, who, after
being duly sworn, deposes and states:
(1). My name is Lonnie N. Groot and I am over 21 years of age. I am Assistant City
Attorney for the City of Sanford, Florida (the "City").
(2). The Deed of Conveyance recorded at Official Records Book 9649, Pages 1761-
1762, Public Records of Seminole County, erroneously stated the Parcel Number of the
property conveyed, as assigned by the Seminole County Property Appraiser, as "35-19-
30-SAJ-0000-0330" when the correct Parcel Number is "35-19-30-5AJ-0000-0330".
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
