contract dated on 06/02/16.

BID NOT INCLUDED : Electrical contractor is not responsible for any drywall damage or any cutting, patching or painting
of any kind. light fixtures and fans to be supply by GC or owner,
Total Cost $6,440.00
We propose hereby to furnish materials and labor- complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of

Payment Terms:

2. Electrical Contractors shall make holes if needed in the structure to gain access for routing cables & conduits and shall not be
hold liable in any way for labor or cost incurred for painting, texturing, repairing walls or ceilings.
3. Permits, inspections and.or plans require for this work are the responsibility and liability of the party submitted above.
4. Change orders: any deviation for Alteration from the above specifications involving extra costs will be made only upon
written agreement and will became an extra charge above the contract price to be paid upon completion.
S. Delay: Electrical Contractor will a excused for any delay beyond our control. These delay may include but are not limited to
acts of God, labor disputes inclement weather, acts of owner or public authority, or other unforeseen contingencies.
6. Right to stop work: if any payment under this contract is not made when due, Electrical Contractor may stop/suspend work
until all payments have been made.
7. For thirty days from the date first set forth above, if this proposal is not accepted within this time it shall be expired, this
proposal may be withdrawn any time before acceptance, it will only become effective after sign by General contractor or
owner.
8. Work to be perform in regular business hours Monday to Friday, no work will be perform over the weekend and on holidays
overtime time is not included.

work as specified payment will be made as outline above. It is understood and agreed that this work is not provided for in
any other agreement and no other contractual rights arise until this proposal is accepted in writing.
