NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be
found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional permits required from other governmental entities such as water
management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

US Roofing Company, Inc is pleased to supply you with a quote for the following scope of work:
Re -Roof of approx. 1050 net sq ft / 11.33 Total roofing squares, including:
Apply for and pull associated roofing permits;
Tear off and remove existing shingle roof and roofing material down to the exposed deck and dispose
of;
Re -nail entire wood deck using 8d ring shank nails per new state regulations;
Inspect the decking and replace any deteriorated wood for and additional:
Plywood deck $2.10 per sq ft, plank board deck $4.10 per In ft, 1"x 4" fascia board $3.70 per In ft,
1"x 6" fascia board $3.90 per In ft, rafter or truss scabs $4.50 per In ft;
Supply and install "double felting" new #15UL D-226 felt underlayment and fasten using approved
fasteners per state secondary water barrier codes;
Clean and re -seal to existing wall flashings, new galvanized "L"-flashing will be installed at all
roof/fascia transitions;
Supply and install new 2 1/2"galvanized drip edge with baked on enamel finish to the perimeter of.roof
area;
Supply and install new penetration lead flashing per US Roofing Company specifications. All
penetrations will be painted to match;
Supply and install 2 (two) new ridge vents (all added for better ventilation);
Supply and install new CERTAINTEED LANDMARK LIFETIME Architectural shingles over newly
installed felt and fasten per county and state specifications;
Complete clean up of all associated debris and dispose of accordingly.

contract. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. We will not be responsible for
