Communication from citizens living on Cypress Avenue in reference to.stre�-t tax
woT on that A enue was 6n motion of Travis referred to street committee.

by the recent heavy .rains , in thorough repairs . Carried. .
Mr:Travis introduce -the following ordinance:
'Ordinance grantin g privileges to the J.T.& K.`�l and S& L.P.R.R's:
Be it ordained that the J.T & K.W. and the S & L E R.R.companys be,and t}icy
hereby granted the richt to enter the limits of yanford near Sixth Street,thence
or near the South .lorida railroad and taroug - Yyrtle Avenue to Late "onroe. Sec ti
2, ,T.hat said railroad company's dhall tie severally and joinly held and bound to
construct proper,s:i able and substantial crossin;s and approaches at all points
wzere the line of railroad shall pass across streets or alleys,and shall keep the
same in repair,and should they,or either :,f them fail to do so;the same may be
done by the pr:� er authorities of the town of Sanford av the expense of said
railroads,or either of t__.em..Section Three, ,that said milro'-d companies shall be,
.they -are heresy held and bound jointly and everally to pro--ide the necessary and

all questions of damage to the owners of real estate shall have been adjusted,the
railroad companies shall be authorized to co. struct their roads along the line he
