1. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE PROPERTY OF RENEWABLE DESIGN
SOLUTIONS. ALL DESIGNS AND INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE
DRAWINGS ARE ONLY I OR THE SPECIFIED PROJECT AND SHALL NOT BE USED
FOR ANY OTHER MEANS. USE OF THE DRAWINGS FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE IS
PROHIBITED WITHOUT EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT OF RENEWABLE DESIGN

INSTALLING ALL MATERIAL AND SERVICE EQUIPMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
REGULATIONS, LAWS, ORDINANCES, OR AHJ.
4. IN THE EVENT OF CONFLICTING REGULATIONS, LAWS OR ORDINANCES, THE
MOST RESTRICTIVE SHALL PREVAIL.
5. ALL ELECTRICAL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NEW AND LISTED BY A
RECOGNIZED ELECTRICAL TESTING LABORATORY.
6. AN INVERTER OR AC MODULE IN AN INTERACTIVE SOLAR PV SYSTEM SHALL
AUTOMATICALLY DE -ENERGIZE ITS OUTPUT TO THE CONNECTED ELECTRICAL
PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK UPON LOSS OF VOLTAGE IN THAT
SYSTEM AND SHALL REMAIN IN THAT STATE UNTIL THE ELECTRICAL
PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK VOLTAGE HAS BEEN RESTORED
PER NEC 690-61
7. ALL SPECIFIED WIRING IS BASED ON COPPER SPECIFICATIONS.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE ORDERING OR
FABRICATING ANY MATERIAL.
9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CURRENT
PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON SITE DURING CONSTRUCTION.
10. SEE PROVIDED SPEC -SHEETS FOR ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS.
11. ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM ANY PHYSICAL
DAMAGE.
12. THE INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ELECTRICAL PERMITS AND
SHALL COORDINATE ALL INSPECTIONS, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND
ACCEPTANCE WITH THE CLIENT, UTILITY, AND MUNICIPAL INSPECTORS AS
NEEDED.
13. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE EXACT LOCATIONS OF
SERVICE POINTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL UTILITY REQUIREMENTS.
14. DRAWINGS ARE DIAGRAMMATIC ONLY, ACTUAL INSTALLATION OF ALL
EQUIPMENT SHALL BE THE DECISION OF INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR.
15. IF DISTANCES OF CONDUCTOR RUNS ARE DIFFERENT THAN SHOWN, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE SYSTEM DESIGNER TO VALIDATE THE WIRE
SIZE. FINAL DRAWINGS WILL BE REVISED AS APPROPRIATE -
16. THE INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFICATION AND
COORDINATION WITH ALL PROPERTY OWNERS, UTILITIES AND APPROPRIATE
DIG -ALERT UNDERGROUND MARKING AGENCIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
ALWAYS USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRENCHING FOR INSTALLATION. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER AND APPROVED
REPAIR OF ANY AND ALL DAMAGES CAUSED DURING THE INSTALLATION.
