Moment of Silence Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Minutes Mr. Esler moved to approve the minutes for the July 9, 2020 meeting. Mr. Fiorentino seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Meeting was paused, experiencing technical difficulties at 10:10am Meeting Resumed at 10:20am Public Hearing PH -1 CONTINUED FROM JULY 9, 2020 Hold a Public Hearing to reconsider the Development Order and Site Plan associated with the Conditional Use for Urban Infill Redevelopment for a proposed 68 -unit multiple family residential development at 2580 Ridgewood Avenue. Tax Parcel Number: 02-20-30-300-0580-0000 Property Owners: Surna Construction, Inc., Washington Street financial Corp., Donald L. 'Ferry, Edward J. Terry and William Dunworth Applicant: Darren Walshaw — CPH, Inc Representative: Becky Wilson (215 North E'ola drive, Orlando) Mrs. Wilson moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission find that a substantial change in circumstances has not occurred since November 7, 2019. Mr. Mills seconded. Motioned carried, 7-0.
