Mr. Esler moved to approve the minutes for the July 9, 2020 meeting. Mr. Fiorentino seconded. Motion
carried, 7-0.

Hold a Public Hearing to reconsider the Development Order and Site Plan associated with the
Conditional Use for Urban Infill Redevelopment for a proposed 68 -unit multiple family
residential development at 2580 Ridgewood Avenue.
