Mr. Loader called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Fiorentino moved to excuse the absence of Jerry Mills. Mn Esler seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
Minutes
Mr. Fiorentino moved to approve to correct the minutes for the August 6, 2020 meeting. Mrs. Wilson
seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
Public Hearing
PH -1 Hold a Public Hearing to Rezone 1.83 acres from SC -3, Special Commercial to PD, Planned
Development for First Street Station, a proposed residential and commercial mixed-use
development at 200 W. 1" Street.

from SC -3, Special Commercial to PD, Planned Development for First Street Station, a proposed
residential and commercial inixed-use development at 200 W. I st Street subject to a
Development Order. Mr. Leivis seconded. Motioned carried, 7-0.

Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan and to transmit the amendments to the 1"�'DEO.

PH -5 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a proposed amendment to the City of Sanford Land
Development Regulations to establish Schedule W — Fire Prevention and Operational Standards.
