Meeting called to order: 5:36 PM

Christina Hollerbach calls for minutes to be approved. Mike Smith second motion. Minutes
passed as submitted.
Brigitte Stephenson gives a Curator report. Since the pandemic Museum staff has been
inventorying the collection, as well as reorganizing the back areas.
Ms. Hollerbach inquires about a new logo. Mr.Sullivan advised that we have not heard from the
City Attorney however Lisa Jones, Recreation Director is in favor of an new logo. The City
currently has a logo for City with the department underneath. Mr. Sullivan stated that we
would like to work toward a new logo as the Museum can stand on its own there for have its
own logo.
Mr. Sullivan suggests having a new logo/design in mind before we go to the City Manager and
ask for approval.
Ms. Pilk advised Ms. Hollerbach that she looked at sizing of logos via social media. Ms.
Hollerbach would like to have a a new logo and style kit for the Museum that would be a "plug
and play" similar the the CRA logo however with iconic imagery representing the Museum. Ms.
Stephenson will email the Sanford Style guide to Ms. Hollerbach as a reference. Ms.
Hollerbach also mentioned brochures that with a stykle kit the brochures could be updated. Mr.
Sullivan shared that the our plan is to create one brochure that incorporates all of the facilities
and Parks.
Ms. Hollerbach would like to see the Museum update services and create a revenue source for
digital images, other than cash donations would be valuable. Ms. Stephenson provided and
explaintion of the fee schedule and the types of research that visitors often do.

pandemic. At this time the Society is determining whether or not to have events during the year
of 2021. Ms. Stephenson also shared that they would not have theSmith Bar Room challenge as
they did not feel that asking a business to sponosor the event after during the financially
difficult times due to COVID-19. She hopes to host the evnet in 2021.
