SUBJECT: 301 W. lst St. - Old Western Auto Building
In reference to your memo about a falsified site plan, there was a misunderstanding
between the owner of the property just west of the 301 W. lst St. location about
the use of the property as a parking lot.
I told Kevin that since he lost the use of the property he would have to obtain
additional parking elsewhere, and until he did, we would only let him final
out portions of his building. When the required parking was used we did not
final any more of the building.
On 7/29/83 Kevin brought in a site plan showing he had acquired enough additional
parking for the remainder of the building. (See attached)
