RE: Above -ground fuel facility for the Rinker Materials Sanford plant (2210
West 25th Street).
Dear Mr. Cohen,
Attached are three sets of drawings and a permit application for the project
listed above. It is the intention of Rinker Materials to act as the general
contractor for this work and to oversee a fuel tank specialty contractor who
will perform the actual installation of the new tank and removal of the old
ones. This contractor will be state certified and is presently being selected
through a bidding process. The City of Sanford will be notified as soon as
we have determined which contractor will be awarded the contract.
