in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools,
furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and air conditioners, etc.

Dear Mr. Leach:
On December 19, 2017, the Administrative Official, pursuant a recommendation made by the
Development Review Team, approved a request for a 6' high decorative picket fence in the front
yard along West 2nd Street at 117 French Avenue.
Be on notice that appeals of the above decision may be made to the City Commission by any
person aggrieved or by any officer, board or agency of the City including the City Commission
within thirty (30) calendar days of the Administrative Official's action. The applicant shall be
required to withhold all action on the property until the 31 st day past the date noted above.
