The unit will be sized based on the heat calculations. Ragsdale Heating and Air will carry the work through a successful inspection. The installation will reuse the line set, thermostat, condenser whip and disconnect, and condensate drain system. Invoice and payment are due upon successful inspection. The exceptions to the bid are: A. Ragsdale Heating and Air, Inc. expects appropriate electrical supply and connection for the new equipment to be provided by others. B. This bid is for HVAC only and does not include any work (including plumbing, carpentry outside of the scope of work, painting, roofing, electrical, or test and balance) that Ragsdale Heating and Air, Inc. is not licensed for.
