We propose to do the following work:
Install 235' of 6' tall white vinyl privacy fence with one walk gate. The fence will have 5" square posts
anchored with concrete and topped with standard flat post caps. Each fence section will have a top & bottom
pocket support rail that Inserts into the post and is secured within the post. The interlocking tongue & groove
pickets Insert between the support rails to form the panels. Included in the total footage will be one 5' wide
single gate. The gate hinge post will have an aluminum 1=b.eam Insert and the. gate will be supported by one
pair of stainless steel black vinyl coated self closing hinges. The gate will be secured with a double sided key
lockable thumb latch.
Install 20' of 4' tall white contemporary straight vinyl picket fence with one walk gate. The fence will have 5"
square posts anchored with concrete and topped with standard flat post caps. Each fence section will have
two horizontal support rails that insert into the post and are secured within the post. The 3" wide pickets
Insert through the support rails and are secured in the bottom rail with locking tabs. Included in the total
footatge will be one 5' wide single gate. The gate will be supported by one pair of stainless steel black vinyl
coated self closing hinges. The gate will be secured with a double sided mechanical latch.
All vinyl materials will be 100% virgin co -extruded PVC with a manufacturers limited lifetime warranty. Gifford
Fence Company, LLC will warranty the fence installation for one year from the date of completion.
The total price below Includes materials, tax, installation and permit.
TOTAL PRICE: $ 5800.00
This is the price for all materials, tax & normal installation. Any changes or additions beyond the original estimate may incur additional charges.
