in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools,
furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and air conditioners, etc.

NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be
found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional pcmiks required from other governmental entities such as water
management districts; state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is.required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

be done in compliance with all applicable laws regulating construction and zoning.

Alside/Associated Materials' geometric shape model numbers and their corresponding
window model numbers.
The shape model numbers S 140, S 144 and S 146 correspond with the window model
numbers 03AO and 0700 (FL# 10465.9 & .10 and 10465.3). The shape model numbers
S 114 and S 116 correspond with window model numbers L204, 0604, 0704, 3004 and
03A4 (FL# 9909.3, 9909.5, 9909.7 and 9909.19 and 9909.20).

GENERAL NOTES
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the 6th Edition (2017( Florida
Building Code (FBC( structural requirements excluding the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone"
(HVHZ(.
2. Product anchors shall be as Fisted and spaced as shown on details. Anchor embedment
to base material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind bome debris protection this product is required to be
protected with an impact resistant covering that complies with FBC Sections 1609.1.2 &
R301.2.1.2.
4. For 2x stud framing construction, anchoring of these units shall be the same as that
shown for 2x buck masonry construction.
5. Site conditions that deviate from the details of this drawing require further engineering
analysis by a ricensed engineer or registered architect.

GENERAL NOTES
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the 6th Edition (2017)
Florida Building Code (FBC) structural requirements excluding the "High Velocity
Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2. Product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on details. Anchor
embedment to base material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind borne debris protection this product is required to
be protected with an impact resistant covering that complies with FBC Sections
1609.1.2 & R301.2.1.2.
4. For 2x stud framing construction, anchoring of these units shall be the some as that
shown for 2x buck masonry construction.
5. Site conditions that deviate from the details of this drawing require further engineering
analysis by a licensed engineer or registered architect.
