Subject: Alternate Connector
To Whom It May Concern:
Plans specify HU26 hangers to be used. Because we are no longer hanging the
beams, but now bearing them to the 4x6 ring joist beams, the change in
connector should be Simpson MTS 12 at beam to beam connection and Simpson
MTSM 16 at beam to C.M.U. connection as a replacement.
Any information regarding this letter and its engineering and implementation
should be directed to Weldon Design Group, Inc. at 386-873-0020.
