Staff Reports/Discussion:
1. 41h Annual Porchfest 2/27/2020; There are 12 homes participating in the Porchfest; road closures will
include:
S. Palmetto Avenue from 4th Street through 9th Street (5 blocks)
S. Palmetto Avenue from 9th Street through 12th Street (3 blocks)
S. Magnolia Avenue from 4th Street through 5th Street (1 blocks)
S. Magnolia Avenue from 7th Street through 91h Street (2 blocks)
S. Magnolia Avenue from 11th Street to 1211 Street (1 block)
6th Street from S. Magnolia Avenue to S. Palmetto Avenue (1 block)
10th Street from S. Magnolia Avenue to S. Palmetto Avenue (1 block)

The applicant will mark off a 12' distance from the front of the porch to guest to ensure a safe distance
from bands and guests. City services will security and traffic barricades.
2. AFT — Get the Vote Out 10/30/2020; Applicant request that parking spaces be blocked off to allow for
their bus to park. City services include trash receptacles. The applicant is also rented Pavilion 1 at Ft.
Mellon Park.
3. The Original Wailers 11/28/2020; The applicant is requesting to block off the parking lot for event space.
The event will include music, food alcohol. City services will include barricades and one officer for security.
Zoning has requested a site pian to review. A letter of permission from the owner to utilize the parking
area at the north side of City Hall.
4. 2021 Food Truck; a new map with vendors located on only one side is requested. Signage will be utilized
to remind guest to wear their mask. City services will include electricity, security, trash receiptacles, and
electricity.
5, Get Hook'd on Lake Monroe 01/09/2021; Road closure will include Palmetto Avenue, from 3rd to 1St
and 2nd Street from Sanford Avenue to Magnolia Avenue; from 10 am — 10 pm. Signage requiring social
distancing, face mask and sanitation will be posted. City services will include electricity, trash receptacles,
and traffic barricades.
6. Mardi Gras 02/202/2021; City services will include road closures and security.
7. Holiday Hoopla 12/5/2020; No outside alcohol; alcohol will stay within Henry's Depot footprint; The
applicant request the closure of Myrtle Avenue from 1St to Fulton; Signage will be posted to remind guest
to social distance, wear mask and sanitize. Vendors will sanitize and wear mask.
8. First American Fireworks; No City services are required.
9. TNT Fireworks; No City services are required.
10. Truck Tugs 12/5/2020 and Truck Tugs 1/30/2021; City services for both events will include road
closures, traffic barricades, and security.
11. Small Business Saturday 11/28/2020; The applicant, Sanford Mainstreet, Inc, request an open
container zone. Merchants will put tables on the sidewalks; there will be pop-up entertainment
throughout the event area.
12. Sanford Avenue Block Party 2021; Requested City services include security, electricity, and traffic
barricades. if food trucks participate the applicant will supply a list of vendors. No events in June, July and
August.

St. Johns River Festival of the Arts has asked to pull their application
Bike Nights has currently been removed from the calendar.
