RE: Property at the SK Corner
of Old Lake Mary Road and
25th Street
Dear Pete:
As you know, we have annexed the above property into
the City so that we may obtain City services. At the
present time we are building a veterinary office for
Dr. Bellhorn on the West 100 feet of the 327 foot frontage
on 25th Street. I have no definite plans as to what we
will put on the East portion of the property; however, I
will be needing water and sewer in the near future. As
to the water, I will.need a 3/4" meter for Dr. Belllhorn's
Clinic but would like to suggest at least a 2" line be
installed under the street so that we may have additional
meters for the balance of the property. Also I would like
to ask if the sewer department could punch a 2" line under
the road for a sewer lift station. I am enclosing a survey
as well as a site plan of the Dr. Bellhorn site showing
where I would like to have the water meter and sewer pressure
line installed.
