Staff Reports/ Discussion:
Staff is ask to considered a revision for COVID mitigation plans for events occurring after March 1. The
change would allow events that do not create wait lines to set-up vendors on both sides of the road, with
12' spacing between and vendors being offset across the roads if there is a 20' distance across the road.
These would be events like Alive After 5 and the St. Johns River Art Festival. Events such as Food Truck
events, where waitlines are expected at the food vendors would not use the newly modified plan.
Staff is also asked to considered returning to the required 60 day special event processing time after
January 1, 2021.
There were no issues with the Truck Tug or Bike Show events.
Next Meeting: January 5, 2021
