Orlando Drive in Sanford. I was instructed to contact your offices by the City of Sanford to confirm whether or not a Road Impact Statement was necessary for the proposed commercial upfit. I have attached a plan set outlining the proposed changes. There will be no changes to the building footprint and no site work proposed apart from updating the Drive-Thru menu board.
