Mr. Loader called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Mills moved to excuse the absence of Dominick Fiorentino III. Mr. Lewis seconded. Motion carried,
6-0.
Minutes
Mr. Esler moved to approve the minutes for the September 3, 2020 meeting. Mrs. Wilson seconded.
Motion carried, 6-0.
Development Plans
DP -1 Consider a request for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Paulucci Oaks, a proposed six (6) lot
single family residential development with a project address of 2013 Washington Avenue.

Mr. Eyler moved to recommend the City Commission adopt an Ordinance to ascend the Planned
Development zoning of approximately 5 acres to establish land use and design standards for
Monroe Place PD, a proposed multiple family residential development at 2306 W. I st Street
subject to a Development Order. 11r. Lewis seconded. Motioned carried, 5-1. Mrs. Wilson
opposed. She opposed because the proposal l'or the project vast deviation, from that which is
required.
Citizen Participation:
- Justin Hall (700 Riverview Avenue, Sanford): Not in favor of the project. Stated that he is
concerned about the traffic and that it is not in line with the character of the neighborhood or
SunRail.
- Justin Richards (2401 Narcissus Avenue). Not in firvor of the p,rQject. States that it does not
fit with the character of the neighbor and traffic is already a huge problem.
PH -2 Hold a Public Hearing to Rezone 6.63 acres from RI -1, Restricted Industrial and ID, Planned
Development to PD, Planned Development for Father'sTable at 2100 Country Club Road.

property at 2100 Country Club Road frorn RI -1, Restricted Industrial and Planned Development
to PD, Planned Development based on consistency with the goals. objectives and policies of the

Development Regulations to establish Schedule W Fire Prevention and Operational Standards.
