10/26/95. Permit #961575 was issued 4/9/96.

The revisions are as follows:
Sheet A1: Revision 1 - relocate storage room partition and add display/storage closets.
Revision 2 - relocate cash/wrap counter to center and alter display layout.
Sheets A2 & A3: New sheets added for display fixture and closet details.
Sheet L 1 E-1: Revision 1 - revise light fixture layout.
Revision 2 - revise fixture schedule.
Sheet LIE-2: Revision 1 - revise layout of electric outlets.
Sheet L 1 M-1: Revision 1 - revise air diffuser locations.

Dear Mr Cohen:
The Fire Alarm System detailed on the Permit Set Drawings reflects the design of the
Engineer of Record and shall in no way be construed to be the design of Audio
Systems of Florida, Inc. Devices are included that are not required by Chapter 24 of
Life Safety 101. Other devices are provided at the owners request for additional
protection. Device spacing does not meet the requirements of NFPA 72 for these
optional devices.
A manual station will be installed at the fire alarm control panel location for manual
alarm initiation per your request.
