Install Multi Zone Mini Split Heat Pump System which consist of a one condenser unit installed outdoor and 5 wall mount ductless air handlers installed indoor. 2. Includes all necessary refrigerant line set, wiring between indoor units and outdoor unit, condensate drainage lines. 3. Include drilling of (5) openings, a one for each indoor unit, in the wall to accommodate line set, wiring, and condensate line penetrations. 4. Include new disconnect at condenser unit. According to the electrical contractor statement the main electrical panel shall be replaced before a new disconnect can be installed. Panel replacement is not part of this contract and shall be addressed directly between an electrical contractor and the owner. 5. Include line set covers on the wall, line set covers to be a vinyl roof gutters or specifically designed line set cover ducts and fittings, at contractor's discretion. 6. Include permit and inspection fee and documents. 7. Include start-up of the system and owner training on how to use equipment. 8. Include standard contractor warranty — 2 years' part and labor and extended manufacturer warranty for 10 years. Manufactory warranty is limited according to manufacturer warranty terms. 9.
