Seminole Blvd Unit 609. The title search showed a permit that was not finalized. The permit # was 14-003 dated issued 10/10/13. Are you able to look up records going back to determine if it was inspected or not. Back then we would have just called them in. I am not able to get at my records that easily. If you find it wasn't inspected, do we have to get new engineering and pay full amount for a brand new permit??
