Minutes Call to Order: 9:03 AM Attendance: Jennifer Brooks Jerry Sullivan Faye Winfrey DC McNeil Ofc. Sean Hill Sgt. Zach Glenn Jim Gantt Kaylee Cochran Add On Items/New Business: Staff Reports/Discussion: 12/20/2020 Santa's Last Stop — Vendors will be located on the west side of the building. No outside food or alcohol. The applicant will need to mark and secure the area so there is no parking in the grass area. There will be a surprise visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus with a photo opportunity. For safety, guest being phographed will sit on a bench and not be seated with Santa. No kids' zone, but will have a ballon artist. There will be no amplified sound. No officers are being requested. The applicant will ensure signage to indicate no alcohol can leave the deck area at Henry's Depot. 12/26/2020 Four Seasons Fireworks — No City servies are required; Jennifer will send to Eileen for review. 01/30/2021 Mardi Gras Pizza Fondo — City services will include road closure and security. Event hours are 7:30 AM — 2 PM. The applicant will include COVID signage to state mask required in staging area. 1Melissa's Race tmBattle Brain Cancer — Race will begin at 7AM. Downtown roads will be opened by 9 AM. Seminole Boulevard can remain close for teardcwn.Runners will be started |n10 minute waves and will include 25 participants per wave to reduce racer contact. A dumpster and recycle bins are requested. Parks staff will need to be onsite by 5 AM to open bathrooms and sprinklers turned off. Race coordinator will mark the course with directional arrows. Vendors will be situated in the park. Speakers will face the water. A spider box will be needed. Eight officers will be assigned for road closures and security. Advent Health will provide ambulance onsite during the race. Banner space is also requested. O1-3I-2O21Orlando Drift Swap Meet —The applicant will need tuhave the application notarized. ACOV|D mitigation plan is also needed. City services will include a clumpster and noise permit. The applicant will check and see if bathroom facilities will be available through the Seminole Towne Center Mail. If not, the applicant will make the decision tnrent portable bathrooms. Vendors will be spaced 15'apart and signage will be used for guest spacing of 6' a part. Mask are required. The applicant has not requested any additional services. 2020 AAS The event will follow the format of previous years. Current COVID mitigation requires all vendors and food trucks tubeanone side ofthe road with 15' spacing between. Vendors onPalmetto Avenue will be on the west side of the road. City services will include 3 parks staff, a clumpter, two spider boxes and 4 police officers. Road closure isfrom 3-1OPm; event hours from S-9Pm.
