Hill Jim Gantt Emily McCabe Kaylee Cochran Add On Items/New Business: 05/22/2021 Trucks Gone Wild; Police staff has met with applicant for after action report from previous January Truck Pull. Jennifer has also sent Truck Pull Event Guidelines for review. Two clumpters will be delivered. EMS Team onsite. Jim Gantt request the current COI for this event. Jennifer will forward once it is received. 9/26/2021 Race to Cure; The race will follow the Turkey Day 5KCourse. An 8-yarddumpsterwill be delivered and placed near the bathroom on Seminole Boulevard. Eight officers will report for briefing at 5:3Oarnand report kJposts aLGam. Parks staff will turn qnlights, open bathrooms and ensure sprinklers are turned off by5am. Red Pointer Productions isthe race manager and will mark the course, time the race and set upawater station. Applicant request trash cans and recycle containers. Parks staff will need tocollect recycle containers at the end of the event. Kaylee will confirm with supervisor that Parks will have one employee from 5-7grnuntil the regularly scheduled staff reports. Jennifer confirmed banner space is being requested and the applicant will supply the banner. The banner should be made according to specification in the banner application. An estimated invoice will be created and forwarded to applicant. 1Sanford Easter Sunrise Service, The applicant will reserve pavilion7with electricity. Attendees will sit throughout the green space. The event will have not food and noroad closure isbeing requested. No City staff is required. 04/10/2021 Health Fair and Food Pantry; Event to be held in Ft. Mellon Park. Prebagged food items will be dispursed. The target population are those 55+. They will require pavilion 1. No trash service is required. No City Staff will be required. The applicant will need to supply a current COI and sign page 4 of the application. The applicant plans to have an ice cream truck and vendors line up on the sidewalk near pavilion 1. 05/08/2021 1st Responders Appreciation; Requesting road closure of 1st Street, from Sanford Avenue to Palmetto Avenue. Event hours 3 — 8 PM. Vendors, food trucks, exotic vehicles, swag bags and live music. A cumpster will be placed in the City parking lot along 11t Street. No reservices are requested from Parks Dept. The applicant will have staff maintaining trash and realizes City trash cans in the event space will also need to be maintained. They will also supply their own bags. Liquor liability needs to be added to the COI. Jennifer requested a list of food vendors. Rules for distancing food trucks will be adhered to and placement will allow for waitlines. 05/29/2021 Jim Payne 5K; Race state time is 7 AM. 5 AM set-up time. Strider Events is the Race Manager and will mark the course. Police staff will have briefing at 5:30 AM and will report to their posts at 6 AM. The race will end at Wops Hops with a brief ceremony and light refreshments. Parks will ensure the sprinklers are office and will not interfere with the race.
