Bryan Plumbing will Supply all Labor& Material, to complete the following scope of work:
1. Run Hot & Cold Water Lines and Replace Shut Off Valves under all applicable Plumbing Fixtures.
Price is for (2) Bathrooms, (1) Kitchen, (1) Laundry, (1) Water Heater, & (2) exterior Hosebibs.
2. All Pipe to be Super Pex Pipe with Brass Fittings. Pipe has a 25 year Manufactures Warranty., Labor is
Warranted for a 'period of 10 years,from date of completion. Labor is Transferable to new Owner.
Owner required to show Contract after 3 years for any Warranty Work. Bryan Plumbing will in no way
Be responsible for Damage done by Rodents or Vandalism. Warranty is Null and Void if Piping Work
is altered,or repaired by any other Company other than Bryan Plumbing,
3. Owner / Occupant responsible, for moving 611 Items and Property in Work, Areas.
4. Pipes under Kitchen Sink to be Re -Routed through Kitchen Cabinets and L,avatory Cabinets as
necessary to access the Plumbing Wall.
5. Due to the age, of Faucets & Fixtures, Bryan Plumbing will not1be responsible for repair or replacement.
6. Price does not include the, following:
Painting, Wallpaper, or Tile Sprinkler or Irrigation Lines
Dusting Mopping, or Vacuuming ECU / Air Conditioning Water Lines, Unplugged Appliances
Sod, Sh;ubbery, or Landscaping Any existing Drywall Repairs or Reinstallation of Mirrors
Any Faucets, Fixtures, Filters, Crossed Washing Machine Hoses, or Supply Lines
Any Drains under Sinks, in Walls, underfloor, or outside
7. Bryan ' Plumbing will patch all Holes made by Bryan Plumbing to a ready -to -paint state.
8. Bryan Plumbing will Repair (2) existing Drywall Holes behind the Water Heater.
Total price of the Repipe is $2,400.00. Payment is due immediately upon completion of Repipe. Owner may
withhold $300.00 until Drywall Repair is finished. if payment is not received and is turned over to a collection
agency, Owner agrees to pay all costs and maximum interest .allowed by law.
Acceptance of Contract: The a,bove prices, specifications, and conditions are hereby accepted. You are authorized
to perform the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
