NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be
found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional permits required from other governmental entities such as water
management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.
OWNER'S AFFIDAVIT: I certify that all of the foregoing information is accurate and that all work will
be done in compliance with all applicable laws regulating construction and zoning.

to replace the air handler and condenser unit in the amo t of $2,009.00. In
addition, the following terms and conditions apply: Once
the new HVAC unit is successfully installed the homeowner mustmake access for the City of Sanford
to inspect the unit to ensure everything is up to code so that the permit may be finalized and not
have any holdings or repercussions against either party involved. By
signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to this agreement
can only be made by both parties and must be placed in writing. Both parties will receive a

No, there will be no new ductwork just changing out the actual units, the ductwork will stay the same as it is
still in good condition.
Also, yes, the price of $2,009 will stay the same as we were already planning on replacing the airhandler and
the condenser.
I will type up a revision and create a new application so it does not state "air handler only"

Good morning again Ms. Blanton,
Would we be able to change this permit application to a full system install instead of just air handler only?
This should have originally been a full system install and not just for the air handler. The contract the
homeowner signed is for the airhandler and the condenser, we're not sure how that was overlooked on our end
on the application.
