NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be
found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional permits required from other governmental entities such as water
management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

RE: ESTOPPEL LETTER
Accessory Structure (screen room on an existing concrete slab) at 1060 Laurel Ridge Lane 17-2788
This ESTOPPEL LETTER is provided to the City of Sanford for reliance upon by the City of Sanford and as
the basis for issuance of Permit No. 17-2788 for the following work:
Construction of a screen room on an existing concrete slab for Juliao, Rhina hereinafter referred to as the
Owner," recognizes that issuance of Permit No. 17-2788 will be made with limitations as more particularly
set forth herein. We the Owner recognize that this approval does not exempt us from complying with any
applicable building codes, land development regulations, Comprehensive Plan requirements, or exempt our
site or building(s) from any applicable development regulations.
By issuing Permit No. 17-21888, the City does not guarantee approval of any other development orders or
development permits. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued by
the City for the screen room until all required land development approvals have been obtained and all required
improvements have been installed, inspected and authorized for use by the City. The Owner hereby grants the
City the right to deny use of the shed until all of the above referenced project is in compliance with all
applicable development regulations.
The Owner hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the City and its officers, employees and agents harmless for
any and all losses, damage, injuries and claims in any way relating, directly or indirectly, to the permitting or
construction of the above referenced project or the issuance of Permit No. 17-2788. The Owner also agrees to
the following as additional conditions for Permit No. 17-2788:
1. An existing 8' x 10' concrete slab and proposed screen room encroaches into a 7.5' drainage/utility
easement. Until the easement is vacated by the City of Sanford, the property owner would be
responsible to remove any portion of the structure encroaching the easement if and when the City
deemed it necessary.
The Owner hereby agrees to disclose the contents of this document to any and all of our successors in interest,
contractors, subcontractors and agents. The undersigned further warrants that he or she is authorized to bind
the Owner and has been duly authorized to sign this document.

Construction of a screen room on an existing concrete slab for Juliao Rhina hereinafter referred to as the
Owner," recognizes that issuance of Permit No. 17-2788 will be made with limitations as more particularly
set forth herein. We the Owner recognize that this approval does not exempt us from complying with any
applicable building codes, land development regulations, Comprehensive Plan requirements, or exempt our
site or building(s) from any applicable development regulations.
By issuing Permit No. 17-2%88, the City does not guarantee approval of any other development orders or
development permits. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued by
the City for the screen room until all required land development approvals have been obtained and all required
improvements have been installed, inspected and authorized for use by the City. The Owner hereby grants the
City the right to deny use of the shed until all of the above referenced project is in compliance with all
applicable development regulations.
The Owner hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the City and its officers, employees and agents harmless for
any and all losses, damage, injuries and claims in any way relating, directly or indirectly, to the permitting or
construction of the above referenced project or the issuance of Permit No. 17-2788. The Owner also agrees to
the following as additional conditions for Permit No. 17-2788:
1. An existing 8' x 10' concrete slab and proposed screen room encroaches into a 7 5' drainage/utility
easement. Until the easement is vacated by the City of Sanford the property owner would be
responsible to remove any portion of the structure encroaching the easement if and when the City
deemed it necessary.
The Owner hereby agrees to disclose the contents of this document to any and all of our successors in interest,
contractors, subcontractors and agents. The undersigned further warrants that he or she is authorized to bind
the Owner and has been duly authorized to sign this document.
