This occupancy is an Industrial occupancy 14,227 sq. ft @ one (1) person per 100 sq ft.= 27
maximum occupancy for industrial/storage area.
Fire alarm monitoring required of fire sprinkler system complying with N.F.P.A. 972.
A full operational fire alarm required throughout building, including, but not limited to, pull
stations at each EXIT, HORN STROBES through out building with 75 D.B.s of sound, horn
strobes in all bathrooms, as well as fire sprinkler monitoring , if building occupies over 100
employees.
