The following is a list of the areas of the submitted plans that contained violations of the codes
adopted by the City of Sanford and enforced by the Building Division. The violations noted must
be addressed before the plans can be approved. Changes to plans shall be submitted on the
same size format as the original submittal. Changes to construction documents that require an
Architect or Engineer's seal must be submitted with the appropriate seal.
ARCHITECTURAL
A-1 Enclosed usable space under stairs are required to be protected by a minimum one -hour
fire resistive construction. Provide an approved assembly for the walls and ceiling. FBC
1019.1.5.
PLUMBING
P-1 B-occupancy use groups require a drinking fountain per FPC Table 403.1. Bottled water is
not allowed for substitution when there is a single fountain. FPC 410.1
Any error or omission in this plan review shall not be construed to grant approval of any violation
of any of the adopted codes or municipal ordinances of this jurisdiction.
