The following are my responses and corrections, where required, to these comments: Unit 4151-4161 Comment 1 a: Energy Form Response: This will be addressed by the MEP engineer, under separate cover. Comment 1: Put all codes, building type, occupancy, etc on plans per 106.3.5 Response: This information has been added, the same data from the original building permit data. Comment 1 b: Show landings at all exits. Response: The landings are part of the original building permit information. We have indicated this data on the Key Play for this set of plans. Comment 2: Section Al/4 Show Restroom/shower elevation. Response: The shower is a prefabricated fixture, and is not required to be handicapped accessible. The elevation depicted has been adjusted to reflect the proper relationship to the 2-hour wall. Comment 3: Restroom 106 & 107, doors shall not conflict and `vestibule' shall meet maneuvering clearances. Response: Both bathroom doors have closers, and the clear area between bathrooms is being increased to 72" by moving one toilet room to the right 18". Response: These components were designed to be installed in the hangar space as part of the original building plans. The fixtures and appliances are to be installed by the tenant. Comment 4b: Show accessibility to hangar toilet room. Response: 11-4.1.3(11) states, "If toilet rooms are provided, then each public and common use toilet room shall comply with 11-4.22. The toilet serving the hangar is not accessible to the public and is not a common use toilet, and serves a storage area for airplanes. This toilet room is adaptable, if needed. Blocking will be provided in the walls. Comment 4c: Show HC drinking fountain Response: A bottled water dispenser complying with HC accessibility requirements will be provided, and is depicted on the plan. Comments 5-13, relating to MEP items, will be provided by others under separate cover. Comment 14: Interior build -outs need reference to 2-hr wall construction. Response: 2-hr wall construction information, from the original building plans, has been added to this set of plans. Comment 15: Include details on all penetrations of the two hour wall Response: This information will be provided by the MEP engineer under separate cover. Unit 4131-4 OFFICE. Comment 1: All notes and design data needed for this permit & buildout need to be on these drawings, including 2-hr wall design. Response: This information has been added, the same data from the original building permit data. 2-hr wall construction information, from the original building plans, has been added to this set of plans. Comment 2: Are all four of the these doors in the two-hour wall existing? Response: They are being installed as part of the tenant build -out, with necessary mo ifications to t e - wa to accommodate the insta ation.
