The Construction Documents submitted with this application for
permit are extremely limited in the scope of work to be performed.
This overview is attached to briefly.summarize the limited nature of
work planned and hopefully help expedite the review process.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project consists of refurbishing the Interior Spaces only of the existing building, with no
exterior work being proposed as part of this Scope of Work.
There is no proposed structural work.
The existing means of egress have not been modified or altered in any way.
No modifications, additions, or alterations have been proposed to the following existing building
systems: Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Exit Signs, and ADA Accessibility.
All electrical work being proposed is with relocated and/or redistributed circuits; no additional
services or panels are required.
An existing sink is being relocated and r-placed, by extending and re -using the existing water and
sanitary services already in pladV
