MEMORANDUM
TO:. City Engineer
FROM: Building Official
SUBJECT;. Burger King Parking Plan
December 12, 1975
I talked to Dave Farr today and he said the revised
parking plan for Burger King, 2930 Orlando Drive, was
prepared by DOT. He said either plan is acceptable as
long as spaces are 10' x 20', and proper width of drives
is maintained.. He has no particular feeling about in -out,
requirements, but agrees that only "in" on the northerly
curb -cut would be advisable, with angular parking for added
control of flow.

FIVE (5)'-COPIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED T 1
